About Me

I'm David Kalama Rimba from the coastal side of Kenya where I was born and grew up but came to Nairobi while was working and bought my house here where I stay with my family, from a family of 6 I'm the second last with our mother, our father passed on in 1990,I worked for a local bank for 21years and resigned to do my own business that's where I started poultry farming for eggs, meat and breeding for chicks.I'm requesting for more funding, substantial amount to buy more chicken and incubator and build another housing to expand to 300 chicken.

My Business

I have started poultry but challenge is capital but I have housing ready I need to buy more chicken to sell eggs, chicken for meat and do my own breeding and to sell chicks too.I have financial challenge in buying incubators and increase my chicken stock for good profit and also build modern housing for the chicken and a slaughtering place and where I can be doing my packaging and one big freezer for storage which is my dream to have a big farm to be one of the country biggest poultry products supplier and one day be the regional best and help the young and upcoming farmers in financing and advise.

Loan Proposal

buy chicken feeds since the amount is still low, I need to add more chicken, build eggs laying boxes and fence the chicken housing to secure my chicken from dogs when you add me more money,100 chicken@700dollars,5sacks of feeds@100dollars and an incubator at 300dollars for my own breeding so I can also sell chicks, this will be making 3trays of eggs per day where I will sell one and keep one for breeding, 30 trays will be giving me 100-150dollars every month and at the same time have chicks for my breeding and sell mature chicken for those who love white meat, and also have a freezer for 650dollars for chicken meat storage. the demand is high business is there and also build another house for more chicken and create employment also have healthy white meat for food in the community and also to build my business empire, this has been my dream.
