About Me

Dear lenders my name is Lilian Waithera. currently am doing farming in two green houses.I started this business in 0ctober 2016.
I sold my first harvest of capsicum in January 2017.Iam a third born in a family of five. I did my primary school in the year 1998. There after I joined secondary and did my secondary exams in 2002. I joined campus and completed in 2016

My Business

My Business
I started a new business in May this year in Nakuru town. I have rented a shop where I have stocked second hand clothes specialising in Hoodie and jogging pants. My Stall name is krims outfits currently. Am four months old in business and it is very promising because it ha help me clear my zidisha loan.the shop has an inbuilt mpesa structure. I now want to offer mpesa services.

Loan Proposal

As I indicated in my profile earlier about poultry farming too. I want to put up a poultry house to start keeping kenyenji chicken for meat because white meat is in high demand in our town.
I want to start with a 3sectioned structure and 50 chicks which are sold when they are 2-4 days old. I have consulted a friend who has been in poultry farming for some years now.
She guided me on what is required. Plywood boards 8pieces @$17, iron sheets10 pieces @$60,nails 3inches,2inches each 1kg @$1 each,chicken wire one roll@$3, timber 50pieces @$90 others are electricity installation @$20,chicks feeders @ $10,a stock of chick growers feed atleast one 90kg sack for a start@$20, labor $100, 50chicks @ 2$,saw dust 180kg@$2.
Benefit s are:-after chicks are from 3months old they are ready for sale. There is a supplier who buy when they are 1.5kg exact to supply in various hotel in town. I have already confirmed that he can't meet the demand from his clients the hotels.
I intend to breed and multiply chickens first after they have grown so there would be no profit for at least 6months greenhouses profit is guaranteed
