About Me

My name name is Asman Omulisia am 33years i was born in Kenya Kakamega county, Mumias West sub county. I have persued my education upto college level and studied as a primary teacher.
I come from a low income setting and it is hard to get $ 1 a day. We depend majorly on crop farming which don't yield much for business.

I run a cyber business in Kenya, Kakamega county Mumias west sub county. I started this business the year 2018, with a capital of KES 13,000 down from the estimated starting cost of KES. 200,000. Right now I have improved running within a capital of KES 150,000.

With COVID19 affecting businesses all over, i have few customers limiting me to reach a profitable capital. I want to diversify my business by creating awareness on social media, prints and audio on prevention of COVID 19.

My hobby is to visit the disadvantaged groups in the society. The street children, sick people, mentally challenged among others.

My Business

My business is cyber cafe. This business offers online services, photocopy, computer lessons, computer software and hardware management.

My customers can access there mails and other online services at a very affordable price compared to buying bundles on their phones. My photocopy and printing services are too fast compared to to my competitors.

I chose this business because i have technical knowledge about it. It is easy to start and ready for customers from the first day. With frequent customers it is profitable.

According to my ledger i have had steady profit. It has enabled me to pay fee for my children and my two siblings in college. I have started poultry farming from the business profit.

This will enable me do printing for my overwhelming customers. It costs 50 dollars. From this I will make 100_150 dollars

Income Source

I intent to reach out to my customers. My major customers are teachers and learners. I will supply printed exams and reading materials to their door steps.
