Please be aware that the lenders do not administer the loan process or the distribution of funds. That work is only performed by the technical staff of the Zidisha web site. It sounds like you need to open a support ticket using the Help link of your Borrower account.

scroll down the menu
1) Click Help ...
2) Choose Subject (this gets tricky because almost all the subjects send you back to the borrowers' forum, so choose a subject that allows you to proceed, for example you can choose "REQUEST A REFUND, even if your subject is something else!! - After that you will be asked;-
3) Did this solve your problem? (Yes) or (No, I'd like to ask for Help)
Choose the NO, I'D LIKE TO ASK FOR HELP - this will allow you to type out your problem and Zidisha Staff will revert back to you through the Support.
