I am in the business of writing real estate books.
I printed my first book, The ABC of real estate investment in Kenya in 2012 and i have so far sold all the 500 copies.
I have revised the book to include the latest laws and trends in real estate in Kenya and its available on Amazon. This is the link to purchase the book on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KA3CZI2
I would like funding to be able to print it and sell it to the local market.
Printing one book will cost approximately USD 2.5. I will need to print a minimum of 1000 copies which will therefore cost approximately USD 2,500.
I will sell the book for USD 25, the same price i have sold the previous copies.
If i sell at USD 25 per book, i will have a gross revenue of USD 25,000.
The net profit will be approximately 70% of the revenue which is 17,500
