About Me

I am a young man of 28 years and a family of Four. I hail from Techiman and schooled in both in Nkoranza and Techiman. I completed my tertially education in Sunyani Polytechnic and completed 2012. I am a computer literate and now doing my own business. I am into printing press business and now need money to improve the level of business because am taking Care of my two siblings. The main purpose of this venture is to equipping the economic job creation in reducing mass unemployment. There are targeted Cities and Towns which i have planed to extend my business to which require much to open these new branches. The best of the thing l like doing most at my free time is studying my Bible.

My Business

As i have already described it above the business, is a printing press venture. The business is actually profitable in sense of printing customers document, making complementary cards, Wedding card, Funeral invitation Cards. Customer would like to have other services like scanning photos and documents to their satisfaction but it is quite unfortunate that i don't have this gadgets to meet their requirements. It has been my heart desire to improve into this facilities to enhancing productivity and customer preferences. In terms of competition in my field, it's a little bit challenging because of inadequate facilities to enhancing my business but will be able to compete very well my competitors should l have this loan facility. I sat down to creating this business to aid in the socio-economic progress of my society i hail and the neighboring towns and cities as well. Moreover, this is to create business to reduce unemployment in the economy.

Talking about risk factor as far as this business is concerned, there is virtually very low risk of running at loss or be liquidation that will not allow me to be paying the loan and its interest. As matter of fact it is low in risk.

The potential of the business can raise a profit margin of $100 - $120 per month and i have one employee as at now. Should this loan facility be awarded me, i promise to be paying it in its due time thereby obeying all rules and regular you have listed.

I will be very glad should my Proposal to your front desk be considered.
Thank you.

    Dear Lenders,

I spoke with George on the phone today about the status of his loan. He had some business troubles last year and so was unable to make payments but plans to have it paid off by the end of next month. In order to start bringing his repayment rate up, I have suggested rescheduling his loan to make small payments until he can pay off the loan in full. Unfortunately we are not in Techiman at the same time and so will be unable to meet in person this time around.

George, thank you for taking the time to speak with me and please don't hesitate to reach out to myself or Emmanuel, your Volunteer Mentor, if you have any trouble rescheduling and making payments.

    Best,

I like your proposal, except for one thing, you don't exactly specify what exactly you plan to spend the loan on (what equipment, a scanner? A laminator? Some specific type of printer? Binding machine?) and why you chose that item first and how it will specifically benefit your business. Also is the loan enough to buy this item or will you already be contributing yourself? How do you anticipate your income to grow with this item?

This would give confidence that you have a concrete plan and that you know exactly what your business needs right now.

I much prefer to invest in this type of business where the money is going to some long term equipment or facility, rather than project to buy "stock" to sell, but then the proposal needs to be clear.

Good luck with your loan, and your business!

If your loan does not reach 100%, please re-post it. There seemed to be more loans than usual resulting in more expired loans. Please do not give up hope. Try again!
