I was a woman born in the town of Jember. Since graduating from high school I was already accustomed to helping parents work cooking cakes. Especially cake for marketing deposited in the vendor. Hobby makes this cake I finally proceed into domestic industry to benefit. And the most special orders by the customers I turned out very fast CARROT CAKE Thok fast-moving or behavior. For that I continue specials producing this cake.

Saya adalah wanita kelahiran kota Jember. Sejak lulus sekolah SMA saya sudah terbiasa membantu pekerjaan orang tua memasak aneka kue. Khususnya kue untuk dititipkan pemasarannya di para penjaja keliling. Hobi membuat kue ini akhirnya saya lanjutkan menjadi industri rumah tangga untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Dan pesanan yang paling spesial oleh para pelanggan saya ternyata KUE THOK WORTEL sangat cepat perputarannya atau cepat laku. Untuk itu saya lanjutkan spesial memproduksi kue ini.

Saya mulai menjalankan usaha produksi kue Thok Wortel ini sejak 2006 lalu. Saat pertama membuatnya memang sering ada yang tidak laku. Akan tetapi setelah resepnya saya terus sempurnakan. Hingga sekarang produksi kue thok sudah mampu menembus omzet Rp 500 ribu rupiah perhari.
Kelangsungan stok bahan produksi antara lain tepung, mentega, telur, dan minyak goreng serta gula sangat dominan untuk tersedia dengan pasti. Hal ini akan menjamin permintaan dari pelanggan bisa lancar dan memuaskan. Permodalan untuk menambah bahan baku ini sangat saya butuhkan sekarang agar produksi makin lancar. Pemasaran sekarang atau 1 tahun terakhir makin laku cepat.
