About Me

I grew up knowing that I am a winner, even if things and present circumstances don't justify me. I justify myself. I am a writer, a playwright and a poet, with several articles still pending publication. I started this back in form two, and it has become part of my hobby, work and soon will be my profession.

School fees have been tricky to raise, both for myself and siblings. I have to stop advancing and help my younger brother to reach my level so that we can be even. I got a sponsorship, which enabled me complete my secondary education, but later society took over with friends and made me get my public relations diploma. In a few days, with the same tenacity and determination of a weed, I will advance and sharpen my skills. I have been a scout since 13, and I have learnt a lot: photography, design, and currently video shooting and editing.

People around value education, grades and later a good job, just like my first thought which society cultivates and waters it daily. But I want a different culture, where children grow up to create jobs and avenues for expression without being tied in the original thought, a liberal society where people are advancing in thought and positive actions.

My hobbies are playing basketball and poetry: it is in writing where I find my expression, solve my problems, and motivate others. I like my life more than anything else.

My Business

My primary business is public relation articles, photography, printing exams, designing event programmes and articles.

People have different rites in our society: marriage, birthdays, funerals and anniversaries. People want to be well-known and their businesses. They take care of their images and plan to improve them. That is my sufficient reason to bridge the gap. I provide answers and create wants in order to let them grow. I feel that I have the passion for my job, skills and influence to realize the goals which are to provide a creative plane and not a competitive one.

It costs 7,000 KSH a month to run the enterprise, rent, traveling and printing papers, and I get 15,000 in revenue depending on the season. The profits are rewarding; each penny is a winning bet and a goal achieved.

Currently I am renovating our rental houses, which are a source of livelihood to our family of six, source of school fees and food. I am planning to buy my own Epson printer to aid my publication work and service delivery.

About Me

It's another privilege to be on this platform, am happy for the far in realization of base dreams and goals I set forth a year ago being realized this day.
My name is Benson, i visualized spark media two years ago.
Today it is a reality. Out of your support and help I have been through the hardships and victories.
Out of zidisha initiative I have advanced my education, completed my driving course and video editing classes.
Being my own boss is a thing I desired, and now I feel confident to instruct and advice interested young people to try it.
Am preparing for family and I feel able. To grow both in investment and life
i began my enterprise out of motivation i had fro the book the law of success by napoleon hill.
it was not that easy to translate an inspiration to a practical tangiable structure but out of the drive i feel that i never wasted my time and efforts conceptualizing.
it has been to my life a point of doing more than what my enterprise does to me and the people.
on sundays i conduct sunday school classes and in the afternoon train young scouts.
its a way of giving back. paying forward.

My Business

Spark media deals with photography, video coverage editing and general printing services.
I have also introduced Internet services to supplement and meet my customer needs.
The business makes $250 per month and the cost of running the enterprise is $100 .
The profits are half ploughed back and the rest goes to savings and personal development.
the returns vary due to different demands of my clients and as my startup is hiking every side of my financial life
i chose my business because i love photography.i have no hardship doing what makes me feel confident.
i have much hope and a great future both for my life and the life of my spark agency.
much focus on saving and purchase of capital goods with a substancial liquidity ratio.
i also save on renovating family residental houses which is a side investment and security to my startup.
