About Me

My name is Josephine Anta Ndiaye. I am a young Senegalese woman living in Dakar with my family. After high school I could not get my university degree, so I decided to train to become a caterer. Meanwhile I have a small business of creating dishes and reselling them. My goal is to create my own proper catering company after completing my training. My business is just beginning and I need your loans to develop, for my clientele is growing and I need to expand my business.

My Business

As future restaurant owner, I decided to open a small business to offer various dishes to customers. I prepare dishes learned in my culinary training and sell them. These include spring rolls, various sandwiches, fatayas, and some African and European dishes like fufu, atiéké, and paella. I have a loyal clientele who comes every day to refuel, and sometimes I can not satisfy them so I need funds to increase my business. Competition does not scare me because I am fortunate to have a good education; I want to open a large restaurant, and with the help of Zidisha, I will.

Loan Proposal

Since I already have a small catering business and I'm still training to become a restaurant owner, I intend to use the loan to strengthen the catering business because the clientele is there and I feel business will increase. I intend to buy a lot more goods and prepare more food because I often run out and cannot serve all of my customers.. The loan will then allow me to be in tune with the demand and possibly even offer other dishes that may interest clients. Particularly with Ramadan approaching, demand is likely to be very high.

About Me

Je m'appelle Josephine Anta NDIAYE, je suis une jeune Sénégalaise vivant à Dakar avec ma famille. Aprés des études secondaires où je n'ai pas pu décrocher mon baccalauréat, j'ai décidé de me lancer dans la restauration où je poursuis ma formation. Parallélement je méne une petite activité de restauration qui consiste à créer des mets et de les revendre. Mon but est de créer ma propre société de restauration aprés ma formation, mais puisque mes activités commencent à marcher, j'ai besoin de vos prêts afin de le développer car ma clientéle grossit et j'ai besoin d'agrandir mon business.

En tant que future restauratrice, j'ai décidé d'ouvrir un petit commerce afin de proposer divers mets à la clientèle. Je prépare des mets appris dans ma formation et je les revends. Il s'agit de faire des nems, des sandwiches divers, des fatayas, quelques plats Africains et Européens comme le foufou, le atiéké, la paella. J'ai une clientéle fidéle qui vient chaque jour se ravitailler et parfois je ne peux pas la satisfaire c'est pourquoi j'ai besoin de fonds pour augmenter mon commerce. La concurrence ne me fait pas peur car j'ai la chance d'avoir une bonne formation; Je veux ouvrir un grand restaurant, et avec l'aide de Zidisha, j'y arriverai.

Loan Proposal

Puisque j'ai déjà une petite activité et je suis encore en formation de restauration, je compte utiliser le prêt pour renforcer cette activité car la clientéle existe et je sens qu'elle va encore augmenter. Je compte acheter beaucoup plus de marchandises et préparer plus de mets car il m'arrivait souvent de ne pas pouvoir servir les derniers de mes clients. Le prêt va alors me permettre d'être au diapason de la demande et éventuellement de proposer encore d'autres mets qui pourront intéresser la clientéle, surtout qu'avec le Ramadan qui s'approche, la demande risque d'être très intéressante.
