About Me

My childhood began in Kiambu town where i was born the joined Mangu primary school academy and proceeded to Lenana school for secondary school education. Since i did not manage to join l university it was hard for me to provide for myself but i was able to make it through hustling. I started my farming business due to availability of land and good favorable climate for tea farming and a little plantation i was given by my parents. The land i come from is for good and hardworking people who like teamwork in order to succeed in life. I would like my children to be doctors when they grow up. I like spending my time watching television series especially on agriculture.

My Business

I produce tea which is the main cash crop in Kenya. When i harvest, it is then transported to Limuru tea factory for processing. These agricultural products are very much in demand since there are very many factories which buy tea as a cash crop which are then exported. I spend an approximate amount of $90 monthly for labour , transportation and farm inputs like top dressing fertilizers. The total revenue is approximately $220 each monthly. I use my profits to purchase farm inputs and others to pay school fees for my brothers and sisters who are still learning.

Loan Proposal

I will buy eight prunning hooks each costing $2 total summing up to $16. This will create an employment for other people and help my tea to regenerate well after prunning. I would expect my profits ro increase by $100 each month since there will be good harvest when the crops regenerates after prunning.
