I'm Theophilus Ackom a 26 year old Physiotherapist and graduated from the University of Ghana. With the help of Zidisha two years ago i was able to finance my school fees and also my thesis that lead to a successful graduation process. Currently a working physiotherapist and doing my possible best to give back to the community as Zidisha has always given to me.

As a member of the fast growing clinic and the first of a kind in Ghana that offers mobile physiotherapy to clients at the comfort of their home. JessDan Mobile Physiotherapy Clinic seeks to provide good and quality mobile physiotherapy services for our loyal clients. With the increasing rate of burden of carrying a disabled or impaired patient to the clinic and also the stress of being in long queue at the hospital. My team and I provide great and quality physiotherapy services to clients at their homes. Seeking to release burden on patients and on the limited health facilities available in my country being a developing country.

Loan Proposal

As a member of a team seeking to run the first mobile Physiotherapy Clinic in Ghana, I wish to apply this loan to raise enough funds to this insightful project.
Zidishia has been a great source of finance through out my University education and a key contributor to the completion of my university life. As a requirement, I pursued a thesis on measuring " THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL OF CHILDREN IN GHANA AND HOW PRONE TO NON-COMMUNICABLE DISEASE". It was surprising the result of this thesis, many children are engaging in sedentary lifestyle and inactivity making them prone to communicable disease. This would add up to the already burden health facilities in Ghana facing issues of communicable diseases. As a way of given back to the community as Zidisha has freely given to me during my educational life, as a graduating Physiotherapist and with a team of members we seek to offer mobile physiotherapy services to be able to reach the places that have not been reached to educate them on the purpose of being active and also provide Physiotherapy services for the people facing the associated health conditions already to lessen burden on the already burden health facilities we have here in Ghana.
With that being said I wish to apply this loan to get a few helpful potable equipment to commence this project and sustain it to do great for my country.
