About Me

My name is Hellen Musira , i was born in vihiga county in western kenya, i went to keve ye girls high and Nairobi institute of business studies where i did higher diploma in hotel management.I'm a single mum with a dependant in second year at day star university kenya, who I pay her tuition fee through my business.

My Business

I do healthy baking (allthewaytothetable), what i mean by this is that i bake using fours that don't have gluten thus producing gluten free cakes and the likes, i also make occasional cakes using the same, my goal is to own my gluten free baking coffee shop and to supply throughout the country. My biggest challenge is working capital and my customers are referred by those who have eaten my baked goods, the reason for this loan is to buy baking flours(gluten free) (i.e rice ,cassava and buck wheat flours)

Loan Proposal

Dear my lenders,

I come back to you requesting for your support again. I would like to upgrade my baking cooker, the current one is 7 yrs old and it's too small in away that i can only bake one cake at a time which really affects my business. It's also electric which should blackout happen when am baking the ingredients go waste. I thought purchasing a bigger size that allows me bake like 2 cakes, and cookies at the same time will save production time .i intend to buy a gas cooker that i will substitute with the current electric cooker. This is because there days i have been unable to deliver orders because of blackouts that can last a whole day. The cooker i have identified costs ksh 50, 000 as per market price. I will top up with my savings since the loan amount is not enough. I will really appreciate your help. God bless you all
