About Me

I am a single young man living in Kenya and working very hard to achieve my personal goals. I was educated to form four and awarded with my O level certificate of secondary education in the year 2000. The following year I was employed as a election clerk with the Electoral Commission of Kenya for Three years. There after I started a business of production of animal feeds in Nakuru but was brought down by post election valence in the year 2007. I made a decision to move to Nairobi and start a business of hardware where I was selling all types of building and construction materials and also renting some building machine and equipments.

My Business

Currently my business is located in Katani Githunguri Road near Jaba Hardware. A business of hardware where I am selling all types of building and construction materials and also renting some building machine and equipments. The machines available are water pumps, vibrate, cement mixtures and tile cutters. I also stock timber to assist my clients with construction Job. In good month I make Ksh 30000 after paying for all my expenses. The main challenge for this work is lack of capital to purchase enough machine and equipment to meet the current demand.

Loan Proposal

From earlier zidisha loans, I have been able to create a good name which in turn has resulted in more water pumping business. The challenge has been being in two places at the same time but with an extra pump, i will be able to attend extra jobs which have been going to my competitors.

The previous zidisha loans have been channeled to buying accessories but its now the best time to expand and even hire a pump attendant which will maximize my gains.

    Dear Mr Kariuki,
Your Zidisha loan payment arrived today, and I think it is already your fifth one! You have been a wonderful payer, and I want to personally thank you for that.

Were you able to buy a tile cutting machine with the money?
I would love to hear about your business, and even your time as an election clerk, if you can find a little time to write a comment. I would be very interested in what you have to say. I know you are very busy.

    My best wishes to you.
    Sincerely,
    Marvin

I appreciate hearing from you, Mr. Kariuki.
Glad the tile cutter is making some money for you. Owning and renting out capital equipment is usually a good strategy.
What is the vibrating machine you want to buy?

Take care. Best of luck to you.
        Marvin
