About Me

My name is Alex Mutuku Mbolonzi, I have a Diploma in Computing and Information Technology from Perth Institute of Business and Technology.

I have been developing software for 10+ years . I live and work in Nairobi, Kenya. I have a passion for technology and have always wanted to put my knowledge and skills in creating solutions that will have a positive impact in the society.

I also happen to like disruptive technology which challenges the norm, currently am learning about Bitcoin and the Blockchain technology.

My Business

For the past 2 years I have been involved in the development of a money remittance solution. The application enables customers send money from their credit/debit card to a mobile wallet, The solution is targeted at people living in US and Europe who want to send money instantly to loved ones back home. The application is a mobile app currently on android (PesaDirect). My colleagues and I managed to do the proof of concept last year in which a select group was able to send money to Mpesa Kenya, Mpesa Tanzania, Eco-cash Burindi and Eco-cash Zimbabwe. We are currently sourcing for funds so as to be able to scale up the project.

Loan Proposal

I will invest in bitcoins, am currently earning about 10 dollars per week from the trading in bitcoins. Am looking to increase my earnings per week, with the current loan I should be able to push my earnings to about 12 dollars.
