Am Stella and I was born in kapsabet
Went to school in kapsabet primary and my O-levels then later did business management in the Kenya Institute of Management.
I have three children who support fully through upkeep and through schooling.
I was employed in a local factory where I managed to save money and started selling second hand clothes mainly jackets due to the cold weather here. The locals here are mainly farmers in the tea industry and they work extremely cold circumstances hence the need for jackets.
I do sell new and secondhand clothes in Kapsabet. Where I do sales of upto USD 1000 annually.
With profits of USD 50 Per month. With this I am able to pay my expenses that is rent, electricity, school fees for my children and also daily upkeep. Am intending to expand my business to engage one assistant to help me I local running of the business.
I mainly sell jackets for the cold weather and dresses for women.
I intend to expand my business in the future to start wholesale business.
The month of April being a cold month due to the rains I request for funds to purchase new and secondhand jackets for sale. If I get a bale that is going for 150USD I will be able to make sales of upto 250USD per month. At the same time I can buy new jackets of 11USD each sell at 18USD thus making a profit of 7USD this will improve my business immensely and I be able handle my daily needs.
