About Me

Am Jenniper Atieno Ochola From Homabay county,Rachuonyo District,Wachieng Ward.Am married with one baby boy.I tarted my primary education at Goodwill learners centre and did my KCPE exams in the year 2007.I then joined St. timon's secondary school in Migori county and did my KCSE exams in the year 2011.I finally jonied Halisi ECD teachers training college and graduated with certificate in Early childhood Education.Am currently teaching children of 4-7 years in baby class,Nuresry and Pre-unit.I started Newlife school so that I can earn a living, help my mother and finally help the young pupil's access quality education.Have managed to purchase books, stationary,Playing equipments for the young children's.My hobbies are reading novels and singing with children.

My Business

I will pay the loan back with money collected from day care services that I offer to the community and money collected as school fee charged per month. There is demand for my services since it is proven that I offer Education of good standards and better healthier daycare to pupil's who their parents are employed and must report to job every morning daily compared to my competitors who offer the same service. My customers prefer my services because am honest and committed to my work and I love children. In my centre we don't give babies in daycare medicine to sleep as some of our competitors do. My business is profitable because a lot of parent have trust in me, hence good number of pupils. The risk my business faces is lack of enough and spacious place to accommodate our pupils we plan to mitigate this by looking for spacious venue. My monthly collection is USD505 and my monthly cost is around USD370

Loan Proposal

The loan will be used to buy mattresses for the babies to sleep on during their resting time at the school. The toys will be given to babies to play with during their free time, since playing will always keep the babies active. This will improve my day care service by making the babies and their parents happy, which will result in more babies being brought to my centre, and more income. I am pleading with lenders to lend to me so that my business can grow.

Hello zidisha, first I apologise that I have not paid back my loan as I promised. I kindly request that I be given some time because my business was highly affected by last year's election in Kenya that took longer than usual. I am trying to bring back the business into line. I hope this won't take too long. I will immediately start paying the loan. Thank you in advance, Emma

Used the first loan to purchase toys and playing equipments for the pupils this contributed to more admission leading to increased monthly income $50.This extra money was used to help us survive with the new increased of rent by my landlord without notice. But we thank God we have moved to a cheaper plot, meaning the new income will be channeled to development issues

Hi! lenders I want to increase my loan because my payment has not been good since I took this loan,Have gone through various challenges with my business the whole of last year. One main challenge being that, my business was faced with, was increased of my monthly rent by my landlord beyond the business sustainability. This year, things are fine with me because have manage to swift to another plot which is very affordable.I promise to bring back the trust of my lenders with the second loan.

Hi! lenders please allow me to reschedule my loan from ksh1023 to Ksh500 this because my business is currently closed reason being school holidays.this will not continue past this month.Immediately the school reopens I will pay my usual ksh1000 as I did indicate in my loan application proposal. My lenders should not view this as lack of commitment on paying back my loan, it is all about my concern of not defaulting in my payments.
