My Story Life was very tough Education was very difficult; I started Junior Secondary School at the same time as Peasant Farmer.
As Peasant Farmer I was able grew and harvested more maize, cassava and vegetables this really helped me to afford all my Educational Bills.

Then after High School I became a Teacher till I started and finished my Tertiary Education. After my Tertiary Education I started my own Business called Mark Jap Ventures.

My Business deals with Clothing Lines; depending on specific prints and order from my customers and prospective orders and contracts;

The Business concentration at the moment is purely on these prints: - Africa Prints, European Prints-Britain & Italian Designs, China Orders and Prints, and Mostly Ghanaian designs.

The African print the raw materials are bought from the Local Dealers. The African Designer will then design the specific and chosen styles, which will be sewed by the Designer and then we also pay for all the negotiated charges.

After that we will carter for transport & handling charges, marketing and sales cost.
The typical cost are;
a.) Cost of the Materials
b.) Designer & Sewing Cost
c.) Transport & Handling Cost
d,) Marketing Cost
c.) Sales Cost
Our Revenue is the 5% percentage on the selling price which is always underpriced because of higher level of cheaper substitute in the Market.

The business profit is used to reinvest for the betterment of the future prospect of the business.

Loan Proposal

Dear Zidisha;

I wish to apply for this Loan to enable me to purchase a new stock after exhausting the old stock during the Christmas Festivities and the new year.

This will enable to meet the needs of my customers who have already put in a new request, please help so that I may not loose my esteem customers as Zidisha always being assisting us ever since I joined your Financial Institution.

    He had a little challenge with some of his products and customers which took a dip in his sales and also affected his cash flow, but things are becoming better ansd therefore he will resume rugular payments in no time.

    Dear Lenders;
    Please I will like to review my weekly payment of the Loan, the reason is that the fund has being used to purchase sowing material for sowing and designing which will take some weeks .

    Please I will change again the payment plan when sales begin to start to make sure to pay quickly to increase my stock, growth and the customer base.
