About Me

I am a married man with two sons. I live in Olkalao town in Mundia Estate, Vision Villas plot. I run a private security business registered as Meritex Security Services with an office located at Club House Buliding in Olkalao town. I started the business after identifying an existing opportunity in the town and the lack of someone providing similar services i9n the town. The main revenues generated is from the monthly fee charged on the clients whom we provide security services to. My hobbies include mainly traveling and reading.

My Business

I co-own a Security firm, registered as Meritex Security Services with the Head office in Olkalao town, which is also the county headquarters for Nyandarua County. The business idea was necessitated by the lack of other similar operators based in the town and who have experience in running a security firm. The business is mainly a service type, and most of the turnover is from the monthly fee that is billed on the clients, however as part of the expansion proposals, we intend to sell security equipment to the local community who still employ their security guards directly. The business is profitable due to the limited competition in the area, few risks exist which are only limited to our established competitors. Monthly bills are salaries, electricity bills, transport and rent. the loan will be wholly applied in purchase of equipment for new guards we intend to employ.
The business has expanded and I have received new assignments.

Loan Proposal

The loan will be applied in the purchase of uniform for the guards after I succeeded in getting more assignment from our current clients.
