About Me

I respond to the name Anthony Evans Kwame Kyereh Diabour. I am 28 years old. I am in a family of seven. My mother, father , myself and four siblings. Two ladies and two gentlemen.
I started schooling at AKAB Complex School, continued at Berekum secondary school, completed and continued at Berekum college of education and now a student at Valley View University-Ghana.
I am working under Ghana Education Service as a teacher and also in a sole proprietorship as farming. I developed an interest in farming when I was about to complete my college of education and doing my service. I started my own farming in 2012 with a capital of about $1000 with two workers who are being paid monthly.

My Business

I started my poultry farm in the year 2012, with a based capital of about 1000 dollars. I was able to raise a two apartment structure with a little over 500 birds. I entered into poultry farm due to my great passion for poultry farming. After a careful study of the market in Berekum, I realised that poultry and poultry products were of great demand and only few people had entered into poultry production.
I arranged with school which I supply eggs to. Today I have well of 4000 birds and a structure of five apartment. Am able to employ two assistance who help in the farm.
I look up to expanding my farm to employ other more people. I estimate about 4000 dollars for my expansion work.
REPAYMENT
I will be able to repay any loan offered me from the sale of my birds and eggs.

Loan Proposal

We have only a few weeks or months to enter into christmas so i am planning to purchase few young birds so that by the time we get into christmas they will be good for sale. I want to purchase about 3000 birds and a bird cost 5 dollars. I will also buy an additional 50 bags of feeds and a bag of poultry feed cost 30 dollars. If i am able to do this project i will employ another assistant to help me in my work. This will help me to increase my profit by selling the eggs and birds and also be able to pay any loan offered me.
