About Me

I am a businessman aged 24 years and have passed my 8-4-4 curriculum where I specialized in Business Management. I then got employed for two years and gathered some capital to start off my own business. I hereby feel free to operate under my own schedule and improve periodically proportional to skills I gain day in day out. Business has really made me achieve several goals in life.I have managed to get several assets, a standard life and most important above all is the stability of the business.

My Business

My business is purely on food provision whereby I have one big oven which i use to bake queen cakes and some other variety of cakes. I have a sales man who supplies the product to the local shops and supermarket in the shopping center. I have also employed a qualified chef who has qualified baking skills. I have also introduced another variety of cake called buns and the market turn out is really encouraging. I also plan to add another oven which will be specifically for mandazi due to the arising demand. I believe in progress however small it may be. I thank you for your support.

Loan Proposal

The market demand for the queen cakes has grown higher and this calls for an increase in production. i will hereby add more stock and put a night shift production. The funds will conveniently facilitate the adjustment since I will not have to wait for the suppliers to bring the cash sales which normally delays for about 12 hours since I will have adequate stock. by so doing, I will be in a position to get more income and manage to repay the loan conveniently. Thank you all for this chance.

      hello,
Sorry for the silence and delay in my payments. I was quite pressed financially because I was required to pay for medical certificates for all my new employees and suppliers as well. however, I will now be in a good position to make payments since there are more orders and the business will be able to sustain. Thank you and have a great time.

I understand. What I do not understand is why you now have not made any payments.

Please adjust your installment amount as necessary rather than skipping payments

    Dear Lenders,
Its my greatest pleasure to benefit from the Zidisha funds and I will be glad to get fully funded. Although this first loan is a liability to me I still consider joining Zidisha a great opportunity since the membership fee is just changed once unlike our local micro finance platforms which charge extremely high all the time and their interest rates are also unrealistic.
    Kindest Regards

hello Markus, I really appreciate your message and I have read the explanation. In fact you have put it more clearly. I will be okay with that but I will try to reschedule the payments to be slightly lower so that I can manage to cover with less strain. Thank you.

Well, Job, I am not sure that you will receive what you may expect. This loan application is your first one, right? So you will be charged with the Zidisha lifetime fee.
That means: The 50 US dollars requested here may be around 4900 KES. You will get that? No.
$2.47 is the service fee for the loan. $10.50 is the membership fee. And another $31.49 is charged as deposit for the loan fund. That leaves you with $5.54 what is around 500 KES.
Again: You will get 500 KES. You will have to repay 4900 KES. The benefit you might have later with further loans. But for now the entrance card for Zidisha will just bring liabilities.
