I am malakwen gladys from the western part of Kenya a place known as Kakamega. I was raised up by a single parent and since she was unable to pay my school fees i dropped out of school in the year 2006 when i was in class six. I was selling bananas alongside Kakamega - eldoret road after i had dropped out of school and that is where i got money to open up my business. What is unique about my land is that people plant maize on very large scales. I want my children to be doctors in future. I like playing basketball
I do sell clothes in my shop which is located in Kakamenga town just opposite nakumatt supermarket. This goods are in high demand as i am the only person selling clothes at cheapest prize. I came to start this business last year after getting money from selling the 20 bags of maize i harvested. I chose this kind of business as i love fashion and also this goods are unperishable. My typical costs each month is around $150 and i get profits of around $200 which i use to buy food and pay bills
My business has been growing daily as i ussually get alot of customers hence this makes me to think of increasing the size of my shop. This will enable me to stock my shop with almost all design if clothes hence get a lot of customers and i may get profit increase of around $120 each month
