My name is Sebastian wafula 23years old born in 21/03/1991 , am a first born in a family of four , two sisters i and our mother. We were brought up by a single mother, I went school in Western Bungoma district Kenya both in primary and secondary.I later joined college in Nairobi but dropped out in second year in 2012 to start a business in the neighborhood , i have been able to make a leaving and support our family with the help of my mother

My Business

I run a saloon business that started late 2012 in the salon , is situated in south B Hazina market along Aoko Road , i have one lady employee who helps i running the business , my target customers are specifically ladies and my services are , manicure, pedicure, and hairdressing. The business is doing good and due the increased number of customers iam forced to add more stock and also buy an extra blow-dry machine to increase the efficiency of service delivery to my customers .

Loan Proposal

The loan will help in of expanding of the business due to the increased number of clients visting my premises for hairdressing , it will help in adding some more stock to the business stock ,Shampoo Basins wash cups and utensils troughs for the business and in addition to buy one more blow-dry machine .The budget for expansion of the business adds up to 220 dollars and so far i have raised 110 dollars
The following is the breakdown cost
Blow-dry machine= 25 dollars
Shampoo basin= 50 dollars
Stock including braids weaves = 70 dollars
Wash cups= 55 dollars

    Thanks alot to the zidisha community for having funded me the loan i was given plus my personal savings has really worked out for me, i bought the required equipments and stocked a new and big premise that i moved in , the business is now picking up very well am sure its growing into a bigger business in the near future. thanks very much for the funds

    I would like to adjust my installment from 765 to 400 in order to be able to pay in time, this is due to the increased rent after vacating to a new business premises with due to the increased number of customers, am looking foward to more income in the new month

    very true Francis , but we really cant choose who to become to avoid what we can do , its a very well paying job and business, i have done this for the past two years , for those two years life has been awesome more men should try it
