About Me

I Martha Kemunto Ogega i was born in 1965 in Nyaribari Chache Sub-County of Kisii County. I went to school at Kisii Primary School and i procedded to Kereri Girls High school.
I was married in 1982 to my husband David Ogega, we were blessed with four children. We struggled to educate them as life was not simple. unfortunately life changed when my husband died in 2009 while my children were at school.
I struggled until three of them managed to accomplish university education and my last born is currently in form three.

My Business

I was first employed before i got sucked from my job. I was so frustrated but i turned my frustration turned to be important when i started my small business of small shop. iwas selling small quantities of food stuff. i traded in this business for many years and i eventually introduced to farming. i grow crops in large scales maize, some seasons beans and keep rotating.
Farming is quite well although there are some challenges of drought, pest and diseases.
but the progress is good,i thank God for this opportunity.

Loan Proposal

Once i receive this money i am going re-roof my house with new iron sheets since the the old one have warn out and the house is having serious leakages during the rainy seasons. So once i receive this money i will allocate as follows;
1. Buying 80 iron sheets at Usd 79 which is Ksh 79,000/-
2. Purchasing 10 Kg of nails at Usd 12 which is Ksh. 1,200/-
3. Paying the wages to the Fundi at Usd 20 which is Ksh,. 2,000/-
So Once i receive this money i will spend as indicated above. This will sort out the problem of leakages in my house thus making me not worry during rainy season. It will make me continue to work even during rainy seasons without me rushing home to salvage the home equipment and furniture during rainy season.
