About Me

My parents named me Wily Monchana, am a very jovial person and i love having with my friends by just sharing ideas, i was born in Kisii county in the republic of Kenya, i went to school at Nyanchenge primary school and later Kisii high school, my parents provided everything i needed for my schooling and i thank God for giving me such wonderful parents ,we were such a happy family , my siblings to enjoyed life an there is this particular cousin of mine that i was so close to. unfortunately she passed on at a very tender age, by then i was in my high school , this caused me to go into depression due to our closeness, this made me not to perform well in my high school education but all in all i managed to finish with average grades. After my high school i decided to start a transport business , transporting people using a motorbike my parents bought for me , i have since invested my earnings in a grocery shop and i have employed somebody to help me run it .Kisii county is the best place to live in and to do business since the population is large and people are friendly. I want my children to be doctors when they grow up , so as to save lives ,Am a pastime musician and i love singing

My Business

I love my transport business, it makes me meet a lot of people , with different personalities, i transport people at a fee, usually agreed upon by me and the customer, transportation or bodaboda as we call it here is my source of livelihood, Business is nice since i transport a lot of people every morning, day time and evening to and from their work places, schools and various places , this mode of transport is convenient as people prefer it since we can easily beat traffic jam as the space a motorbike uses is very minimal , so a lot of people prefer using my services and hence good business. On a good day i make ksh3000 and on a bad day it goes as low as ksh1500,that's the lowest it can go,My expenses are particularly, the fuel cost which i put at ksh 600 and i can use this for the whole day if my customers are not going in the outskirts of kisii town. I service my motorbike once every week and this coSts me ksh 500 , so this brings my total monthly expenses to ksh 20000 and i remain with a profit ofaroundksh50000, i invest this money in a grocery shop i started.

Loan Proposal

I will use the money to buy a new rear Tyre for my motorbike taxi as the one am using is particularly turning bald and its not very effective when i transport people to muddy roads , a new quality Tyre will cost me ksh 5000( $60)for my kind of motorbike, and the cost of fixing it on my motorbike will be $10, the rest of the money i will use to pay my zidisha membership fees as it will be deducted from this first loan. This new Tyre will enable me transport my customers anywhere never minding the weather, and hence i will not have to turn down customers who are going to muddy places , this will enable me to increase my profits by 5% as the rainy season is here.
