Am Peter Kimani, am 23 years old. I live in Nairobi and currently am single. I was born in Naivasha, where I attended both my primary and secondary education. After completing my secondary education I would not join college to further my education because I have younger siblings who also depend on my.
I moved to Nairobi where I started doing construction jobs I was able to do some savings that enabled me to buy hair cutting equipment, then I and my few friends came together and leased a shop where we share space and each of us has a maximum of 2 shaving machines.
I would to do this business and save enough money to go to college I have a passion in architecture and I would love to realize that one day.
I am a part owner of a barber shop where I do hair cutting and trimming of beads.
I and my partners agreed that each of us should have a maximum of 2 sitting place but I only managed to buy one and I would like to buy the extra chair this way I'll be able to employ someone and as we well increase my income.
It's easy to run a barber shop this way since we split the expenses three way.
In a month I make a profit of kes 10000, I am able to save a portion to my college fund and also take care of my other basic needs.
I will love if Zidisha will be me be able to expand and occupy my empty space this will help me realize the full profits I'll be able to make.
Thanks
Hi lender, I hope you are well and your year began well. Am so thankful for your help and it has really boosted my business.
my barber shop is located in a very strategic place and there's no other shop around that that offers Mpesa services for that reason I decided get the services this way I will be able to expand my income resources.
first I'll need to get an Mpesa aggregated line it's easier to get this and it will cost me 100 dollars, then for me to operate the Mpesa business I will be required to top up float, this will ensure that am able to do deposits to customers, I get my commission from the transaction I make, that being money withdraws and deposit, for every transaction I will make 15% commission, I will use 150 dollars to top up float and the remainder 20 dollars I will use it to get an led sign that indicates that I offer Mpesa services in my barber shop.
It's my sincere hope that you will consider my loan request. I wish you a prosperous new year full of God's grace and blessings.
