I have two businesses namely car rental and coffee shop, currently my business has developed very well and provide passive income is pretty good. I have 1 car that I bought on credit for car rental business and I also have 1 coffee shop business by renting somewhere in surabaya ,,, now I want to develop both business in order to become bigger so give more passive income for the welfare of our family.
Loan Proposal
To renovate my house which I planned to contract, my house is located in the beautiful south wiguna surabaya park which is a strategic area located in the residential area of one gate system, close to the airport toll road, lecture area of UPN Surabaya and Surabaya Polytechnic cruise ships. . . In this area a lot of people looking for rent because of its strategic place, comfortable and safe. For the price here it is quite high because of the high demand here, as information aja market price rent here for the size of my house (6 x 15) for 25 million / year. If I already sell the money plan I will use to dp take the car again because of the many requests from my car rental while the fleet that I have not too much.

saya mempunyai dua usaha yaitu rental mobil dan warung kopi, saat ini usaha yang telah saya miliki berkembang dengan sangat baik dan memberikan pasif income yang cukup bagus. saya memiliki 1 mobil yang saya beli secara kredit untuk usaha rental mobil dan saya juga memiliki 1 usaha warung kopi dengan menyewa suatu tempat di surabaya,,, saat ini saya ingin mengembangkan kedua usaha tersebut agar bisa menjadi lebih besar sehingga memberikan pasif income yang lebih untuk kesejahteraan keluarga kami.

Untuk merenovasi rumah saya yang rencananya akan saya kontrakkan, rumah saya berada di taman wiguna selatan indah surabaya yang merupakan daerah strategis terletak di kawasan perumahan one gate system, dekat dengan tol bandara, daerah perkuliahan UPN Surabaya dan sekolah pelayaran politeknik surabaya... Di daerah ini banyak sekali orang yang mencari kontrakan karena tempatnya yang strategis, nyaman dan aman. Untuk harga di sini tergolong tinggi karena tingginya permintaan di sini, sebagai informasi aja harga pasaran kontrakan di sini untuk ukuran rumah saya (6 x 15) seharga 25 juta / tahun. Apabila sudah laku rencana uangnya akan saya gunakan untuk dp ambil mobil lagi karena banyaknya permintaan dari rental mobil saya sementara armada yang saya miliki belum terlalu banyak.
