About Me

My name is Ken Symon Muriuki, a 29 year old from Kenya. I am a graduate in design, but in this country, education doesn't seem to help out, so I decided to start up a business of my own. I have a general stores shop, where I sell almost everything, from cereals, to household goods. It is picking up very well and hope to expand it with time.

My Business

I started up a retail general stores shop, where I sell goods varying from cereals, to household items such as flour, sugar, rice. Aside, I have an M-Pesa service, which generally is mobile money, offering clients withdrawal and deposit services through their phones. The business is now three years old and has picked very well. My wish is to expand it further so that I can offer wholesale products.

Project Proposal

Hello lenders. I'm planning on a strategic renovation project to enhance my shop's infrastructure, technology, and overall ambiance to elevate customer service and experience. This aims to create a modern and inviting space, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. My Objectives are;
- Upgrade the physical layout and design to optimize customer flow.
- Implement advanced technology for efficient service and transactions.
- Enhance the overall aesthetic appeal for a more welcoming atmosphere.
This will be made possible by integration of a point-of-sale systems and installation of digital signage and interactive displays.
This renovation will last around 2weeks, and consume an estimated budget of $150.
The loan will primarily cover renovation costs, the rest I'll have to raise from my monthly profits. I seek your support in making this vision a reality, driving long-term growth and sustainability for my business.
