I'm Ibrahim Kamau, born in 1978 in a family of 8,being the second born I had to encounter a lot of hardships being brought up in the slum area,my parents were not financially stable so we had a lot of problems even in school,I was lucky to finish my education in high school though on and off due to school fees,After school I started working as a casual laborer in the construction sites.
As I was working in the construction sites I desired to venture into the business world. That's when I started saving and after sometime I started with a few chicks and little by little my poultry business started growing,I've been selling eggs and also roosters to take care of my family, for the last five years this business has really helped me and my family.I'm planning to add more chicken to my business from the current 50 to 100 to help me meet the demand.
When I get this loan it will me to buy timber which I use to renovate and expand the the poultry house just a little . I'll be able to increase production because it will be more spacious to hold more chicks. It will cost me $5.5I believe this way I can grow my poultry business little by little.
