Am young motivated and persistence lady born in a family of four, father, mother and a brother. My parents live in Naivasha and there is where I have been brought up. I schooled in Nakuru then went and did a diploma in hotel management and food production. Am a single proud mother of one daughter. Am self employed I do bake cakes in small scale and sell them to offices for there snacks during breaks. I have managed to secure few regular customers. The business is expanding and cannot sustain the demand to due to luck of loan facilities. I have managed to hire 6 employees and wanted very much to hire more and be able to own my own bakery and create jobs. I was motivated to start the business after seeing how my parents struggled with employment and mistreatment at work and wanted to have my own business and treat my employees with respect . I believe and have hope with zidisha that it will be of great help as a stepping stop to my success.

The loan that I will be given am going to rent out a shop where I will be baking my cakes so that I move from baking in the house to get more exposure as this will also increase in more sales. Then the remaining am going to buy baking equipments. My dream for this year is to have a big baking company with at least 200 employes this will only be achieved with the help of zidisha.Am so grateful to find out about zidisha as it is going to be my foundation to success.
