About Me

my name is Mohamed juma mwagodi, iam married having three children two are girls and one is a boy.the first born is girl aged 11 years old and the second one is a girl aged eight years old. and the third who is a boy is aged five years old.and i live with them in mtomondoni village.my occupation is a part time private driver saloon car. and on this because i do this part time i do spend some of my time to drive a boda boda carrying passengers from one place to another destination whenever they need to.and i use motorbike to do this business in and outside my home area.my education background is form two drop out i could not finish my secondary level due to the financial status of my family.after dropping out of school i went to a nearby driving collage where i obtained a driving license. i work as a part time driver in a private farm where the salary is too low, that's why i ventured into boda boda business.so as to meet my family needs.i use a hired motorbike to do this business and that's why am requesting this loan from zidisha so that i can buy my own motorbike so as to reduce the hiring cost.

My Business

my business. boda boda business is modern and cheap means of transport within the Urban and rural areas.i decided to do this business because of its high demand in this area. most of the people here are middle earners making it hard for them to hire either taxi or other expensive means of transport to do their daily activities shat why i came their rescue.mtwapa is a fast growing city with a high population density of different communities living here and this has made the boda boda business to be of great demand.within and outside its territories.the risks that am facing in this business is like when it rains heavily the roads become flooded making it hard and difficult to do business during this period.its a good business because in a good month i make a collection of ksh 15,000 excluding costs. i use 2500 khs for maintenance and i use other 2500ksh for my family needs. i can use the remaining ksh 10,000 to pay my loan.so from here i use 2,500 as my monthly running cost. and my monthly sales revenues is ksh 15,000. so through my boda boda business i do make a monthly profit of ksh 10,000.

Loan Proposal

Hello my dear lenders and the whole zidisha community. am happy to tell you that my business is doing well. this is al because of your kind help and financial assistance. with the last loan i was able to boost my business by adding a second hand bike. this boosted the business although with some challenges. With this loan i want to buy some spare parts and retire the motor cycle so that i can do my business well. Thank you so much for your continued financial support. May God bless you all.
