About Me

My name is Florence Amunga, I am from Kenya, I am fourth born in a family of seven members, I am a sociologist with a passion in farming.
I keep poultry both for eggs and Chiken meat.
Eggs prices rising each day, Covid 19 slowed our expansion because we sold all the hens but managed to sustain the layers using the money aguired from selling hens.

My Business

I run a farm where I keep layers for eggs and hens for Chiken meat, I have 170 layers and 65 hens, 32 chiks between two to 5 weeks.
I sell eggs locally at 15 kenya shillings per egg.

Project Proposal

I will use this loan to buy a new battery to help in powering of incubators when electricity gets lost due to power rationing and weather.
