About Me

I was born 24 years ago and grw up in the village,I went to Ezra Gumbe primary school.I then went to sega township ,then joined Kisumu polytechnic and did hair dressing and beauty i successful completed the course.
I immediately after completing the training knew starting my own business was the best option but I had a problem with getting start up capital,I worked in a saloon in town ,there was a lot of work and poor pay but, I decided to to work harder for better future. After two years of toiling I finally had bought most of the essential equipment. With $200 I had saved i opened my business. the business is doing well now.
I have two children, jacy 3 years and monica 1 year. monica is still young and Jacy wants to be a nurse when she grows up.
I am a choir member and seasoned singer. During my free time I join my church mates to sing and dance.

My Business

I run a saloon ,and provide services such as hairdressing, facial scrapping, manicure ,pedicure and barber services.
The demand is high due to high population and need for beauty by young girls and ladies.
I choose these business because of high returns and because the demand will always increase.
my monthly typical costs are $190 and my monthly revenues are $400 per month.
I use the profits to take care of my family and take care for my siblings, through fees payment and buying them basic needs.
