About Me
My name is Monday Imo Mfon, I'm from akwa ibom State in southern Nigeria.
I studied for a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Akwa Ibom State university. Upon completion, I was posted to the Federal Capital City, Abuja where I did a compulsory one year National Service program.
My Business
With the outbreak of the novel covid-19, unemployment rates went up and I saw the need to become self employed. I ventured into restaurant business which has been lucrative so far. In eight months of running the business, I've been able to employ two workers to assist in cooking and serving customers.
Additionally, I happen to be the only person selling Southern dishes and delicacies in my location, hence customers come to get a taste of home from my restaurant.
Loan Proposal
The loan will help me buy more food stuff and carry on expansion project which includes roofing the back stall.
Income Source
Food remains a basic need. With workers returning to the capital city, business is fast picking up.
