About Me
My is name is Melody Nkomeshya a Zambian young lady based in Kabwe town.
Am located in Mine town ship where I reside.
I have 4 children and I keep my old mother.
I completed my grade 12 at St. Mary's secondary school and went women of skill hub to do my food and catering course were I obtained my certificate in the stated course.
I have the passion in food preparation and catering services. Upon completion of the course, I established my restaurant business as a livelihood for my family.
My Business
I have a small restaurant shop in town where I operate from and provide different dishes and catering services to the customers with different events. Through these activities I generate most of my income .My services and food are useful to clients or customers because they are always done to perfection and to their satisfaction. I require roughly a ZMW 20,000.00 to expand the business in order for me to meet the demand. However, the profits made are used to business expansion and the family welfare.
Project Proposal
The funds am raising for this loan, I need to purchase the restaurant equipment's which I been lacking for some time now to improve service delivery of food and they are as follows;
1. Electric single chip
2. Chafing Dish Double
3. Commercial Deep Fryer
4. Refrigerator
5. Mixer
6. Ovens
7. Washing equipment
8. Microwave & cutting boards
These equipment's will benefit me in many ways by improving service delivery and food preparation to the customers and some events. Since the funds are meant for business investments am expecting to increase in profit revenue. from ZMW 5000.00 to ZMW 12000.00
