Mercy has not been taking my calls. I also tried to reach out to her references and none is taking calls. I have sent her and her references text messages remind her to pay up her loan.

Mentee didn't respond to my calls but all msgs I sent to her, she has read them all and understands the instructions I laid out for her on how to resolve her loan issue. All her reference phone lines are unreachable at the moment but I will keep trying.
