About Me

Albert Ekow Yankson is my name. I was born in Feb 10th, 1983 to Mr Eugine Yankson and Miss Peggy Sey in Ewusua, a suburb in Agona Swedru - Central Region.
I had my elementary education in Swedru, Senior high in Praso Sec. Sch. and Acquired Diploma in IPMC- Accra.

Currently i,m working with Express Savings and Loans as an IT Technician.
I have a provision shop as an extra business which by the help of zidisha lenders its improving gradually.

This shop is being taking care by my hard working wife.

Some few months ago before I was introduced to Zidisha, I was struggling to meet the demand of customers due to luck of funds. Through the help of zidisha generous lenders and by my own little effort, stocking of the shop with some of the most demanding items in the market has been made possible, easing me to serve my customers with less stress . Especially mosquito sprays and coils, touch light batteries soaps and many more.

Ghana is my motherland, it is a christian nation though it is a freedom of worship.

I love to read a lot and boxing is my favorite sport.

My Business

I run a provision shop which runs fourteen hours a day, seven days a week on a retail basis.
Because provision is daily consumable, the patronizing is very encouraging and makes the profit very regular though not too big. This eases my burden of paying school fees and feeding the family with the little earned monthly salary.

I order stuck on weekly bases which cost between GHS 2500 and GHS 3000 and able to make 20% on every order i make.

I use some of the profit i make to reinvest in the shop for its growth, some for paying my shop keeper who is also my wife and bills and the remaing for savings and for home improvement

This goes a long way in easing my responsibilities as an African young father.

Loan Proposal

I will continue restocking my provision shop with this loan as I have done with all previous loans I took.

In provision shop business, the more varieties of items you have, the more you make sales. Hence I will make sure I fill the shop with different items to attract more customers.

This has been my dream and I happy Zidisha Lenders are making it possible.

This will go a long way in increasing my profit magine to between Ghc100 and Ghc200
