Dear Lenders, I noted David has posted "temporary closure of business". I would imagine it is probably the reason he rejects my phone calls - nothing positive so far, but still on course of follow ups.

After many attempts to call on the net with no response, I have finally called the borrower from my usual line and upon my introduction he said he is not the borrower. Similarly the references say they do not know him. However I will keep trying to contact him.
