My clinic serves atleast 40 people per day and the conditions they present with varies from one person to the other most conditions I have encountered are;
Cases Handled:
Cardiovascular ( rheumatic heart disease, myocardial infarction, left and right heart failure, congestive heart failure), endocrine (diabetes mellitus, DKA management, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism), renal (urinary tract infection, chronic kidney disease), hematology (anemia,), digestive (pancreatitis, peptic ulcer, cirrhosis, hepatitis), muscular (skin traction care), neurological (meningitis, stroke, seizure,), Respiratory (pneumonia, pneumothorax, asthma, influenza, emphysema, respiratory failure,)
We treat throughout the week having 1 senior clinical officer,2 registered nurses one casual at the facility.
