    Dear Lenders,

    I have talked to Charles Tom once more. Apparently James Tom has not yet replaced his line. I have requested him to tell James to make the payment due and also requested him to tell James Tom to come on line and post a comment too.

    I have talked to Charles Tom. He has confirmed that James Toms lost his phone. I have advised them to go replace the line so as to make the payments due which he has promised to do. I will call them again next week to check on the progress.

    I have tried to call Tom severally but his line goes unanswered. Today i have talked to his brother Charles Tom to talk to him on our behalf. I will follow it up with him after 2 days.
