The name of my business is Cyberterm IT Solutions, it trades as Cyberterm Africa.
Cyberterm Africa provides ICT services like Website design, computer repair and maintenance and Software development.

Most businesses need online presence that is why we design websites for them, the existing ones with computers need a reputable firm to help them repair and maintain their computer in order to increase efficiency hence reduce costs.

I chose this business because it was out of passion that I started it, I love computers very much.
My costs vary from one business to another depending on the quantity of work.
Basically I reinvest the profits I get in order to grow the business.

I am so much grateful for the support I received from Zidisha, I have now opened my Computer Repair Shop. The shop is now operational and due to demand I need to buy a Rework Station that will assist me provide quality work to my clients, Rework station is a machine which blows out hot air with precision and is used to either heat ICs (Chips) or to replace them.

My life has taken a positive turn since the establishment of my shop, I now assist my widowed mother by providing for my other siblings.

The Total cost for the Rework Station is USD 118.
