About Me

I am Rodgers Irungu. I grew up through hardship seeing my parents struggle to make ends meet. Getting education was a nightmare because my father was a man who valued alcohol more and any little money he could get could end up on alcohol. Since i really valued education most of the time i could do some manual work in order to get some money to pay my fee. At one point my mother had to sacrifice in order for me to go through O level. Life has not been so easy for me. Out of my little savings i managed to raise 20 USD which I used as capital to start my business. Despite challenges am putting my effort and with the help of Zidisha i know i will achieve my goals of have a big stall.

My Business

I am a business guy dealing with Mitumba (second hand ) clothes. i have a small stall behind Kenyatta University. I sell women clothes because i target students and mostly ladies. I realized most ladies like buying outfits every now and then and when i have variety then the business will grow. If am able to get some funding this will enable me expand my small business and be able to mix with new clothes and shoes. With good public relations and good even though second clothes I attract many customers and always make sure to get what really attracts them. if I get 150 USD i will use it to expand on clothing in order to serve other customers as well and also invest in the shoes for clothing and shoes go hand in hand. The demand is too high especially after students get their help loan. Thanking my lenders in advance.

Loan Proposal

I deal with second hand clothes. My stall is behind Kenyatta University at a place called KM. Mostly i sell women clothes because i target students and mostly ladies. I realized most ladies like buying outfits every now and then and with variety then the business will grow. I mostly target ladies with big bodies because most of the time they tend to complain of not being able to get outfits easily. i actually go for "camera clothes" as in when a bail is opened i select first to get the best quality. If am able to get some funding this will enable me expand my small business and be able to mix with new clothes and shoes. With good public relations and good even though second clothes I attract many customers and always make sure to get what really attracts them. if I get 250 USD i will use it to expand on clothing inorder to serve other customers as well and also invest in the shoes for clothing and shoes go hand in hand. The demand is too high especially after students get their helb loan they buy in plenty. Thanking my lenders in advance.
