About Me

My hobby is reading, exploring, learning new things and always trying to be on my best.i went to city primary school in Nairobi one of the best moments I had were in that school.i had quite a number of friends.what is unique about Mombasa is that pork is hated in this area.which is one of favorite dish so I actually find this very challenging.i had my grandmother who was a hair dresser.i loved her work so I vowed to try it out .i found a friend and we decided to have a salon of our own.it was challenging becUse we started doing plitting of hair on the roadside.but slowly we managed to rent a place it's quite small buyer are trying.ww would really want to expand our bussiness and get more equipments to use.

My Business

Our bussiness is located at tudor(mamas is the stage).its a small building blue in color,we have one door and a small window. No toilet but we are working on that.we get income actually from. Daily clients.we blow dry ,do setting, plit, weaving of hair.ww have one blow dry(low quiltu we could not afford the best quality but atlaest it helps.one drier, and a sink.few chairs but we are planning to get more

Loan Proposal

I will buy combs 1000ksh,plastic chairs for 2000ksh,I want to purchase 1good blow drier which will cost me over 5000.the combs will be for the benefit of me because I have a scarcity of combs in my salon.the plastic chairs will be handful due to the over flocking of customers.i want them to relax and be welcome in my salon and sit comfortably as they being attended to of awaiting to be attended to.as for the drier and blow dry I will be helpful because the ones am using are scarce.i have one blow dry which is of Low quality and one drier which is good but the problem is that clients have to wait for one another so that they can take turns to use the drier.

Well, Diana, I am not sure that you will receive what you may expect. This loan application is your first one, right? So you will be charged with the Zidisha lifetime fee.
That means: The 50 US dollars requested here may be around 4900 KES. You will get that? No.
$2.47 is the service fee for the loan. $10.50 is the membership fee. And another $31.49 is charged as deposit for the loan fund. That leaves you with $5.54 what is around 500 KES.
Again: You will get 500 KES. You will have to repay 4900 KES. The benefit you might have later with further loans. But for now the entrance card for Zidisha will just bring liabilities.

Hi, Diana, maybe you read again what I tried to describe above.
To your question: Zidisha registration is KES 1000, members fund charges with KES 3000.

More information you may get in the forum or in the treaty you signed. I wrote my explanation to you on June 29, because I think, that the treaty for new borrowers is not clear enough in that point...

          Thanks Markus.
Diana, I understand if you wish to cancel the loan, you can do so by returning the money. However, I think you have to do it now. If you have any other questions, I suggest you send Zidisha an emal at [email protected].

          Best of luck to you.
