About Me

i had worked in a marketing for 12 years, but last year i decided to quit because my family is often left out when i had to go out of town especially when I was still living in a contract house so my wife and small son still need attention and love(.) After I decided to quit i was unemployed a few months and then moved to my brother's house which was a coincidence because I had to save for a start up capital on a rice business. Because of my marketing experience, i tried to market it by promoting it through a close friend of mine that owns a restaurant (sari sea). I do delivery by a motor bike that i have, for 1 year the regulars was increasing and I finally decided to
sell my motorbike and used the money as a down payment to buy a pick up truck. With this new payment burden
burden and the responsibility to pay monthly installments, I am motivated I keep continuing to work while trying to keep more regulars with different marketing techniques with other rice entrepreneurs in my area. Because i believe the quality of the rice that i am selling, I keep up the marketing campaign to private hospitals, hotels and restaurants, and the results are very well. At the moment, my deliveries has reached approximately 5 tons / month. Actually I want to extend this business by applying for a credit through the local bank but i was constrained by an assurance, because banks in Indonesia serve not see the outlook for the credit of the business
but more look at the amount of bail. The People's Credit (KUR) which the government lends with a maximum loan of IDR20.000.000, - needs collateral, i even beg but they wouldn't let me without collateral. I don't have a collateral as they request in the form of land under my name or vehicle (due to its status being still on credit), even when I searched the internet, most financial institutions can help small medium businesses in the form of grants and soft money. I want to borrow because I want to expand my business in selling gas tube of 3 Kg and 12 Kg which is
currently I only have a new 50 tube, this effort is beneficial because it is a community staple need.
This LPG (gas tube) is a day source of my revenue as I drive around to the shops every day along with the rice orders from the regulars. With this business plan hopefully I can open new gas cylinder jobs so as to reduce unemployment and to reduce poverty.

My Business

My business is selling staple needs of Indonesian. With an experience and a marketing techniques that I have, my
entrepreneurship can compete with the other rice entrepreneurs. I have a good quality of rice to compete because clean and sort them by hand so that the bran or small stones (from the rice) can be picked out (unlike the machine rice sorting).
Rice business and gas tube has a low risk because the availability of sufficient stocks of rice mills run smoothly, and for the supply of gas cylinders from Pertamina smoothly(.) moreover there are existing LPG station (where the gas tube are sold) in my area.
Monthly income from rice and the gas tube can pay the pickup truck payment and the costs of day to day operations and salaries employees. Details of monthly sales:

Selling price IDR7.800X5000kg = IDR39.000.000

We would like to add gas tube 500 tube more to fit to the demands of our regulars. If we have 500 gas tubes, the average revenue would be around 250X IDR1.250 = IDR312.500 per day X26 Day = IDR8.125.000
Currently my rice revenue is around IDR65.000.000. If i can get additional capitals for IDR150.000.000, -
($ 15,000) I could pay with an interest rate as much as 10.5% per year for a period of 36 months and even less if my business grows faster. With the information i got from the internet then i am trying to propose this loan without collateral. With only trust because i personally am afraid to not be able to fulfill my duty and responsibility, because i optimistically to keep trying so i brave myself(,) even more to the fact that my business is selling people's basic need. Lenders can also collect my payments through my credit card to guarantee more (in case of) arrears. With a credit card that has been listed through paypal i am sure online payment will be smooth and safe. We also want to offer lenders who want to invest on cooperation construction of a more modern rice mills in our special Indonesia areas with land / our proprietary location or warehouse development for LPG agency. I was confused on itemizing this loan (of zidisha) because an additional capital to IDR977517 ($100), i can only get 6 gas tube while I need 500 gas cylinders at IDR 135.000 per tube and the rest for buying rice (as a capital)

Rice:
Price IDR6.500/kgX 12.500kg (12.5 Ton) = IDR81.250.000

3 kg gas tube:
Price IDR135.000X500 = IDR67.500.000

The total capital i need is IDR148.750.000

We would like to add another 500 gas tube accordingly to our customers' request. If i can fulfill this demand then my average revenue 250 tube per day for a refill exchange at the grocery store with a daily earning = 250X IDR1.250 = IDR312.500X26 Day = IDR8.125.000

Kami ingin tambah tabung gas 500 tabung sesuai jumlah permintaan langganan. Jika tabung gas 500 tabung maka omzet rata rata 250 tabung perhari untuk tukar isi ulang di toko toko dengan pendapatan perhari 250XRp. 1.250 = Rp. 312.500X26 Hari = Rp. 8.125.000

Saat ini omzet beras saya sudah mencapai kurang lebih Rp. 65.000.000.Jika saya bisa mendapat kredit untuk tambahan modal usaha beras dan tabung gas sebesar Rp. 150.000.000,- ($ 15.000) saya bisa membayar dengan suku bunga 10,5% pertahun dengan jangka waktu 24 bulan dan bahkan bisa kurang dari jangka waktu yang saya tetapkan jika usaha saya berkembang lebih cepat. Dengan adanya informasi yang saya dapat diinternet ini maka saya coba untuk mengajukan kredit tanpa agunan ini. Dengan hanya modal kepercayaan maka saya pribadi sangat takut untuk tidak memenuhi kewajiban dan tanggung jawab saya, karena saya optimis untuk terus berusaha maka saya beranikan diri apalagi usaha saya ini adalah kebutuhan pokok masyarakat.
