About Me

MY SELF
I would say or people who know me fairly well say, when I have something in mind, I will not rest until I achieve it. I am on the other hand a friendly hospitable person with a big heart but who chooses her friends carefully.
I am a mother of four, married and have trained in various fields and careers ; Banking, Medical, Marketing but found comfort in the kids world thus I run a play school and farm horticulture produce part time.
I am a happy person, enjoy being around people with a sense of direction and appreciative of hard work.I take pride in moulding kids foundations ,helping them understand their place in the society and make a positive impact in their lives. Nothing gives me great satisfaction than a child responding positively to what I have taken time to prepare, package and carefully upload to them. It’s a feeling that no words can describe, its just a fulfilling.
I would like in future to have a good will such that when Little toes PlayHouse is mentioned, someone can positively relate
and appreciate us . In today's fast growing world, most mothers cant keep up with their kids, thats where we come in ,to ensure the children under our care are well nurtured, instilled the best moral, interlectual, social values and lifeskiĺs to face the 21st Century.

My Business

MY BUSSINESS
My play school started on humble beginnings after careful soul searching and reflections having understood the needs of the society and discovering a vacuum in the home school transition for the little ones
I observed the cruelty and brutality that children go through in the hands of untrained, uncaring and self absorbed caregivers /nannies and felt the need to step in and embrace them in a caring, non – formal, hygienic and friendly environment where each child is treated with respect and loved as an individual regardless of their challenges or gifts
I offer social, physical, intellectual, moral and spiritual growth in a well guided way using a hands on approach understanding that each child is special and different from the other and thus grasps concepts differently.
I approach teaching in a partnership kind of way where I am more of a learning partner than a teacher because I believe every child has in them a lot of unexplored, undiscovered information which needs the right guidance to showcase itself. Learning at my play school is by discovery, experimentation and by use of our senses. There is a Chinese proverb that says “When i forget, show me I may remember, involve me I will understand” We capture all our special moments to involve the parents in our discovery world.
We make positive observable impact in children within our program and our play school, its values and what it stands for cannot be reckoned with, those who are with us don’t want to leave us.

Loan Proposal

From the day this play school was established till now and due to the positive response from eager parents who keeps on asking about my play school I am requesting zidisha team to support me raise enough finance to do my website with this my third loan. So that I can go global. I have confidence that once my website is up am sure of getting more and more clients due to the new development. This website will help me get quite a number of student since everyone would find the information they need on the web. The web design willcost me around $500 that is design plus hosting. I am very positive that I will still be in a position to make my payments on time. Thank you zidisha family.

Hello Lenders! I received the loan of Kshs. 23,787 though i was hopping for more.I do appreciate the money but i didn't expect the amount to be that heavily deducted,a similar deduction was previously done when i started off and hoped there would be no further deductions,i stand corrected.
With this eventuality however,my project will stall but i will try and source for more funds elsewhere to make sure it is accomplished.I will however request my installments to be spaced up for service from the 25th March and run from month to month on the same date for a period of 8 months amounting to Kshs 4,574.125 per installment.Waiting for your favourable response.Thank you.
    Regards
    Ann Mbugua.
