About Me
am Kenneth Murithi a businessman. I run a school in machakos county. I have received support from zidisha in the past to support the feeding program which has enhanced growth and development of the children.I was born and brought up in meru county forty two years ago.I went to mutunguru primary and did my kcpe in the yr 93later joined kanyakine high school where I did my kcse in 1997.I then joined shanzu teachers training college in 1999and graduated in 2001with a p1 certificate. I have since undergone several short courses on education and management.
My Business
the school is my income generating project as well as my input to change the community where I live. I have been running this enterprise for eight years and the results are impressive. I look forward to see it grow to have a big impact to the community and my family too. I believe with good support and infrastructure I can grow it further and also create several chances of employment to many.looking back from the early years I see a very good progress.
Loan Proposal
I am requesting Zidisha to give me a loan so that I can improve the feeding programme of the children at the school. If Zidisha gives me this loan, I will be able to provide some water for washing of hands by pupils after toilet use. I will be very happy because this will improve the children's hygiene and their general health. The children will be happy and comfortable in the school and will learn better hence better performance.
