Hi lenders, I have spoken to Yuniah, who said that,she recently lost her mobile phone including simcard and paybill no. Thus made it very difficult for her to make any payment and communication. However, she has bought a new phone and also renewed her simcard and would starts repaying her loan on Monday 28th May 2018.

Hi lenders, I have just called Yuniah who confirmed her commitments to repay her loan but regret that she lost her phone and its simcard sometimes back and her father was also very sick and admitted in the hospital . Subsequently,she found it very difficult to leave her father alone iorder to go for simcard replacement in town centre which is miles away. Atlong last she has managed to replaced it and would repay the overdue loan next week without failure.
