I attended Kathekakai Primary School for my primary Education and Mumbuni
Secondary School for my Secondary Education. I am the fifth borne in my family.
My parents are farmers. I overcame hardship when I joined college and later
started working. I sell second hand goods specifically electronics. What is unique about my land is fertility. My Kamba culture remains traditional. I have two
children. The elder one wants to become a doctor and the last born wants to
become an Air hostesses. My hobby is unique as I like helping the needy.
I buy second hand electronics and sale at wholesale price. This will enable me to repay my loan. They are in demand as many people can't afford new electronics. I choose this kind of business because I had no money and began with only US$50.00. My typical cost at present is about US$100.00. I get a profit of about 50%. The profit helps me to educate my children, use some of it for our upkeep and also reinvest
in the business so that it can grow.
I wish to start selling new electronics. I will use US$50.00 to increase my stock.
I will benefit from the sales alot because many people buy new electronics
from September to December.
I expect a profit of 50% which will enable me furnish my house. I will also help
my sibling by paying their school fees and also for my children.
