About Me

My name is Bessie Chongwe. I live in Mansa. I worked as a nurse in the mining town of Kitwe for over 30 years and now i grow vegetables at my farm.

My Business

I plant various types of vegetables, like spinach, rape, tomatoes and cabbages. I use the money from the sale of the vegetables to buy animals, such as goats and cows.

Loan Proposal

I plan to use the Loan to buy a water tank and sprinklers for my farm.

I will also use part of the loan to transport my produce to the market. My produce which includes, fresh spinach, okra, green beans and chillies, are ready to be taken to my customers at the hospital and the council. I will make a good profit out of my hard work.

Income Source

I already have confirmed orders to supply my vegetables to the local hospital and the town council. The local hospital needs the vegetables to use for cooking for their patients.
