About Me

The struggle of man they say begins at birth, my name is Gabriel owusu and i am from Ghana. By the grace of God i attended senior high school but due to lack of financial support i could not further it up. i began fending for myself at quiet an early age of 15 when i lost my dad and mom could not handle the up keep anymore. i initially began by selling some sachet water along the streets of Nsawam in my community right after i close from school until i completed my senior high school.
this was a though decision but i have to survive and by so doing could not remain idle for long.
When i completed my senior high school, i changed from selling the sachet water to selling yogurt and ice cream in small quantities. So ever since that is what i have been involve with. it is very profitable but due lack of capital to put into it, it has hindered much of my progress.
i learnt to be very hard working and faithful even with all the little that i have from a very tender age. i like football very much and i am a very good goalkeeper too.

My Business

I sell ice cream along the streets and in schools in my community. These are fan Yogurt, fan milk, Tampico, and other fruit drinks. i have been in this business for three years now. As it is a consumable commodity it is highly demanded daily by travellers and others who need refreshment for their daily activities.
I did choose this kind of business due to its profit margin and also as of the time i began trading in it, the capital needed to start trading was very low which i could afford as of that time. When i pic a bag of say yogurt, it has 24 piece and each on sold gives me 30% profit on the entire bag and on market days i can sell close to ten bags of yogurt, five of Fan milk, ten of Tampico drinks etc. Each back of yoghurt cost $20, Fan milk cost $25 and Tampico cost some $15.
However, when i sell a bag, i make a 30% profit on the amount used for inventory.

Loan Proposal

As i said earlier, i am into the sales of ice cream in my community. Now if my project fully supported as i am highly hopping, i will invest the entire amount into my trade. Therefore, this is the breakdown of my expenditure;
Fan Milk...$100.00
Fan Yogurt..$100.00
Tampico Drink.$50.00
Jolly Juice..$15
Blue Doe,$10
With this inventory and new goods, my sales will increase and i will have a profit increment of not less than 30%. As it stands, with my calculations and projects, with hard working, i will be able to repay back as early and on time as schedule. With this help, my life will improve greatly and my situation will not be the same anymore
