About Me

I am Prince Yalley . A dietitian and an entrepreneur . Since my days in the University I have been involved in a couple of small business to help cater for school related resources and also make money on the side.

Moving to a new city comes with it nuances but I have been able to navigate through the storms and have completed my studies a registered dietitian.

Currently I with some friends are trying to build a private nutrition consultancy practice

My Business

Leveraging on my expert knowledge as a dietitian I with some friends have started a private nutrition consultancy practice. With this practice we offer nutrition consult to individual clients and also deliver health talk to faith based groups and corporate organisations. We have been able to secure some equipments for our services , however we operate remotely. This means clients book appointment and then we meet them at their offices and homes. Although this model generates some revenue we have lost clients along the way. We look forward through Zidisha to get a loan to support our existing budget to rent a shared office space in Diagnostic centre and also purchase additional equipments for our practice

Loan Proposal

Shito is a sauce that is use to eat rice,Kenney and Banku. They are convenient and ready to eat. This business is a collaboration with my sister who is a caterer. Ingredient needs for production Include pepper, onions, oil, fish powder, shrimps.Production has already started but due to demand we need to increase production.32 dollars would used for the purchase of ingredient.20 dollars would be use in buying containers for packaging.stickers for packaging would also take 10 dollars. What mostly takes chunk of our money is LPG gas for fuel to cook,It would cost us almost 20dollars to fill a small cylinder. But to reduce cost we use the traditional firewood in cooking.Production is regular and the demand keeps increasing and with the profit we have already made we hope this loan would give our business a great foundation. Our product is enjoyed family, friends, school pupil and university students.
